20:1

Καὶ ἐγένετο ἐν μιᾷ τῶν ἡμερῶν διδάσκοντος αὐτοῦ τὸν λαὸν τῷ ἱερῷ καὶ εὐαγγελιζομένου ἐπέστησαν οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς γραμματεῖς σὺν τοῖς πρεσβυτέροις
kai egeneto en mia tōn hēmerōn didaskontos autou ton laon tō hierō kai euangelizomenou epestēsan hoi archiereis grammateis syn tois presbyterois
And it came to pass in first [day] of the days as was teaching of Him’” the people - temple And proclaiming the gospel came up - chief priests scribes with on the elders

καὶ εἶπαν λέγοντες πρὸς αὐτόν Εἰπὸν ἡμῖν ἐν ποίᾳ ἐξουσίᾳ ταῦτα ποιεῖς ἢ τίς ἐστιν ὁ δούς σοι τὴν ἐξουσίαν ταύτην;
kai eipan legontes pros auton Eipon hēmin en poia exousia tauta poieis ē tis estin ho dous soi tēn exousian tautēn
And they said saying to Him Tell to us in what authority these things You do or who is - having given to You the authority this?

Ἀποκριθεὶς δὲ εἶπεν πρὸς αὐτούς Ἐρωτήσω ὑμᾶς κἀγὼ λόγον καὶ εἴπατέ μοι

Οἱ δὲ συνελογίσαντο πρὸς ἑαυτοὺς λέγοντες ὅτι Ἐὰν εἴπωμεν Ἐξ οὐρανοῦ ἐρεῖ Διὰ τί οὐκ ἐπιστεύσατε αὐτῷ;

Ἤρξατο δὲ πρὸς τὸν λαὸν λέγειν τὴν παραβολὴν ταύτην Ἄνθρωπος [τις] ἐφύτευσεν ἀμπελῶνα καὶ ἐξέδετο αὐτὸν γεωργοῖς ἀπεδήμησεν χρόνους ἱκανούς
Ērxato de pros ton laon legein tēn parabolēn tautēn Anthrōpos tis ephyteusen ampelōna kai exedeto auton geōrgois apedēmēsen chronous hikanous

καὶ καιρῷ ἀπέστειλεν πρὸς τοὺς γεωργοὺς δοῦλον ἵνα ἀπὸ τοῦ καρποῦ ἀμπελῶνος δώσουσιν αὐτῷ οἱ δὲ γεωργοὶ ἐξαπέστειλαν αὐτὸν δείραντες κενόν
kai kairō apesteilen pros tous geōrgous doulon hina apo tou karpou ampelōnos dōsousin autō hoi de geōrgoi exapesteilan auton deirantes kenon
And time He sent to the farmers a servant so that from of the fruit vineyard they will give to Him - however farmers sent away him having beaten [him] empty-handed

Καὶ προσέθετο ἕτερον πέμψαι δοῦλον οἱ δὲ κἀκεῖνον δείραντες καὶ ἀτιμάσαντες ἐξαπέστειλαν κενόν

Εἶπεν δὲ ὁ κύριος τοῦ ἀμπελῶνος Τί ποιήσω; πέμψω τὸν υἱόν μου ἀγαπητόν ἴσως τοῦτον ἐντραπήσονται

Ἰδόντες δὲ αὐτὸν οἱ γεωργοὶ διελογίζοντο πρὸς ἀλλήλους λέγοντες Οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ κληρονόμος ἀποκτείνωμεν αὐτόν ἵνα ἡμῶν γένηται ἡ κληρονομία

καὶ ἐκβαλόντες αὐτὸν ἔξω τοῦ ἀμπελῶνος ἀπέκτειναν Τί οὖν ποιήσει αὐτοῖς ὁ κύριος ἀμπελῶνος;
kai ekbalontes auton exō tou ampelōnos apekteinan Ti oun poiēsei autois ho kyrios ampelōnos
And having cast forth him out of the vineyard they killed What therefore will do to them - master vineyard?

ἐλεύσεται καὶ ἀπολέσει τοὺς γεωργοὺς τούτους δώσει τὸν ἀμπελῶνα ἄλλοις Ἀκούσαντες δὲ εἶπαν Μὴ γένοιτο

He will come And will lose the farmers these will give the vineyard to others Having heard however they said Not may it be

Ὁ δὲ ἐμβλέψας αὐτοῖς εἶπεν Τί οὖν ἐστιν τὸ γεγραμμένον τοῦτο Λίθον ὃν ἀπεδοκίμασαν οἱ οἰκοδομοῦντες Οὗτος ἐγενήθη εἰς κεφαλὴν γωνίας;
ho de emblepsas autois eipen Ti oun estin to gegrammenon touto Lithon hon apedokimasan hoi oikodomountes Houtos egenēthē eis kephalēn gōnias
- however having looked upon to them said What therefore is the written: this [The] stone which rejected - building This has become for head of [the] corner’

Πᾶς ὁ πεσὼν ἐπ’ ἐκεῖνον τὸν λίθον συνθλασθήσεται ἐφ’ ὃν δ’ ἂν πέσῃ λικμήσει αὐτόν
Pas ho pesōn ep’ ekeinon ton lithon synthlasthēsetai eph’ hon d’ an pesē likmēsei auton
Everyone - having fallen in that the stone will be broken against which however - it shall fall it will grind to powder Him

Καὶ ἐζήτησαν οἱ γραμματεῖς καὶ ἀρχιερεῖς ἐπιβαλεῖν ἐπ’ αὐτὸν τὰς χεῖρας ἐν αὐτῇ τῇ ὥρᾳ ἐφοβήθησαν τὸν λαόν ἔγνωσαν γὰρ ὅτι πρὸς αὐτοὺς εἶπεν τὴν παραβολὴν ταύτην

Καὶ παρατηρήσαντες ἀπέστειλαν ἐνκαθέτους ὑποκρινομένους ἑαυτοὺς δικαίους εἶναι ἵνα ἐπιλάβωνται αὐτοῦ λόγου ὥστε παραδοῦναι αὐτὸν τῇ ἀρχῇ καὶ ἐξουσίᾳ τοῦ ἡγεμόνος
kai paratērēsantes apesteilan enkathetous hypokrinomenous heautous dikaious einai hina epilabōntai autou logou hōste paradounai auton tē archē kai exousia tou hēgemonos
And having watched [Him] sent spies feigning themselves [the] righteous to be so that they might catch of Him’” on account so as to deliver him the rule And authority of the governor

καὶ ἐπηρώτησαν αὐτὸν λέγοντες Διδάσκαλε οἴδαμεν ὅτι ὀρθῶς λέγεις διδάσκεις οὐ λαμβάνεις πρόσωπον ἀλλ’ ἐπ’ ἀληθείας τὴν ὁδὸν τοῦ Θεοῦ
kai epērōtēsan auton legontes Didaskale oidamen hoti orthōs legeis didaskeis ou lambaneis prosōpon all’ ep’ alētheias tēn hodon tou Theou
And they asked him saying Teacher do we know - plainly say You teach not receive appearance but in [the] truth the way of the of God

ἔξεστιν ἡμᾶς Καίσαρι φόρον δοῦναι ἢ οὔ;

Κατανοήσας δὲ αὐτῶν τὴν πανουργίαν εἶπεν πρὸς αὐτούς

Δείξατέ μοι δηνάριον τίνος ἔχει εἰκόνα καὶ ἐπιγραφήν; Οἱ δὲ εἶπαν Καίσαρος

Ὁ δὲ εἶπεν πρὸς αὐτούς Τοίνυν ἀπόδοτε τὰ Καίσαρος Καίσαρι καὶ τοῦ Θεοῦ τῷ Θεῷ

legontes Didaskale Mōusēs egrapsen hēmin ean tinos adelphos apothanē echōn gynaika kai houtos ateknos ē hina labē ho autou tēn exanastēsē sperma tō adelphō

οἳ κατεσθίουσιν τὰς οἰκίας τῶν χηρῶν καὶ προφάσει μακρὰ προσεύχονται οὗτοι λήμψονται περισσότερον κρίμα
hoi katesthiousin tas oikias tōn chērōn kai prophasei makra proseuchontai houtoi lēmpsontai perissoteron krima
who devour the houses of the widows And as a pretext at great length pray These will receive abundantly judgment
